Let's say that I had high hopes for New Years. I started New Years Eve on a good foot with a moderate workout. Then I was able to go to South Beach to see my cousin. And it doesn't have to be said, but I'll say it: That South Beach is the perfect place to celebrate New Years Eve and bring in the New Years. I had hoped to see celebrities like Drake (you'll soon find out that I'm a little obssessed with him), Chris Brown, Lloyd, etc. However, I didn't see anyone famous. But I did get to see some D-list celebrity from Flavor of Love 3. Well. . . let's skip to the night time when I decided to go with my Bestie ( who we will call M) M and her family to Las Olas to watch the ball drop. So me , M, and our other bestie friend D loaded ourselves into her Dad's car and headed to Las Olas. Now D started to get emotional because we started driving through the neighborhood of her first love Hall. She couldn't help but feel sad because well that was her first love and you know what they always say, "you never get over your first love". Personally, I think that she tries so hard to not talk to him because she's afraid she'll fall back in that same place with him, and that he'll hurt her and pick Dee(aka the girl he loves too, that cheated on him with his best friend). Enough of that love triangle.

When we finally arrive at Las Olas, we're walking through the streets seeing hot guys left and right. Then we see the clubs they're going into, that we still can't gain admission to. You would think turning 18 would at least get you into some good clubs, but apparently that only gets you into some hole in the wall. Anyway when arrive at the place the countdown is held at, we're surrounded by a sea of hott guys. And M's parents being the wonderful parents they are, they want us to well leave this gorgeous sea and go to a parking garage so we can see the fireworks better. When we get to the parking garage, and the countdown begins I'm actually happy to be spending it with my two best friends and be welcoming this life changing year together.

Now here's where the night made a turn for the worst. We decided to go out to breakfast after the countdown at the favorite late night spot, iHop. First off there is a twenty minute wait at iHop, at least that is what the hostess claimed, it was actually thirty minutes. So when we do finally sit down to order, Lee our server get's my order incorrect. I ordered strawberry bananna pancakes with double hash browns and scrambled eggs. Well, I got plain pancakes, cold single serve pancakes, and eggs sunny side up(p.s. I hate sunny side up eggs b/c it's hard for me to digested the raw part). Anyways, I saw how busy it was so I just ate the food, except for the eggs. So before we were about to leave we decided to go freshen up because there was some hot guys in iHop. So when we return to the table, D tells me not to look towards the door, so of course I look. And who do I spot Easy!

Who is Easy, you ask. Well Easy is a douche that I tried to talk to at the mall like two months ago. He was alright looking, and he "seemed" like a nice guy. So when it came time to get his number, I was nervous so I sent D because she had a burst of confidence. So she brought him over to me and we exchanged numbers. So when I reached home I texted him. We were chatting for a bit, then he asked me for D's number. So I thought no big deal he just wants to talk to her about something? Then he sent another text message saying that he wanted her number because one of his friends wanted to talk to her. I had already texted him the number before he texted me to explain his so called motives behind wanting her number. So while he's talking to D, I'm talking to M on the phone. All of a sudden, she like hold on D is calling me and that she'll call me back. So something inside me knew that D calling M first didn't mean anything good for me. So then they three way me, and tell me how Easy was asking her if she was sure she didn't want to talk to him because she is more of his type and that I'm not his type at all. So I was fuming, not because I wasn't his type simply since he lied to me and tried to talk to my best friend by using me to due so. Little did he know that when we were at the mall, she didn't think he was cute and he wasn't her type. So I guess I wasn't his type and he wasn't hers. So I texted him "so I'm not your type", and the loser just texted back, "I'm sorry". He had the nerve to not apologizing for lying to me about the reason he wanted her number, and the thing about is he didn't even need to explain why he wanted her number thus lying for no reason. Idiot !!! So I just replied to him, "You don't have to apologize, you can't be everybody's type". Thus that was the end of easy, he was deleted from my phone immediately. There was a lot of ways I could have reacted to him: I couldn't have cursed him out, or told him how he was jerk for doing that, but I was nice about it. And why I saw him at the mall after the incident I just ignored him and went about my way. I didn't bother him again, or stalk him like other crazy chicks do, I just ignored him!

So back to New Years, when I spot him waiting for a table in iHop he also spots me. And what does this jerk do? Well he tells this girl that he was with about me, and they started laughing. . . I know jerk. Then as I'm about to leave I have to walk pass him, and then he makes comments to the girl he's with about me. Like how childish can you be?! It's like why did he feel like he had to talk about me to his friend, when I hadn't down anything to him. I'm a nice person, and I hadn't down anything cruel or mean towards him. But this JERK thought he had to be a stupid and make comments that weren't even warranted or needed.

So That was my New Years. It was fill with highs, lows, and Jerks named Easy.
[p.s Next time I see Easy and he decides to make un-needed comments, I might not take the high road and I might just tell him something about himself]
